Reminder – State Election Coming Up November 6

As if anyone could forget with all the political robo-calls we’ve been getting. There is no school on Tuesday, November 6 due to a Teacher Professional Day. If you will be out of town, you may submit an absentee ballot, which must be returned by 12:00pm Noon on the day before the election, which is Monday, November 5. Contact the Town Clerk’s office for more information at http://www.hopkintonma.gov/home/government/departments/clerk/election.

On the November 6 Ballot for Hopkinton residents:

  • Electors for President and Vice President of the United States
  • Senator in US Congress
  • Representative in US Congress (4th District)
  • Councillor
  • Senator in General Court (2nd Middlesex and Norfolk District)
  • Representative in General Court (8th Middlesex District)
  • Clerk of Courts (Middlesex County)
  • Register of Deeds (Middlesex Southern District)
  • Sherrif (Middlesex County)
  • State Ballot Question 1 – Right to Repair / Safe and Fair Repair
  • State Ballot Question 2 – Death with Dignity / Assisted Suicide
