Article 54: Zoning – Temporary Banner Signage submitted by eHop

Did you know that the Educate Hopkinton board members submitted a citizen’s petition to Town Meeting this year? Article 54 would allow Community, Civic and Non-Profit groups to hang temporary banners over main street promoting events. Banners would be allowed at the discretion of the Board of Selectmen, similar to what is done in Holliston. Educate Hopkinton hopes to hang a banner over the street next year reminding residents about town meeting.
