Meeting Videos

To watch archived board and committee meetings online, go to HCAM’s YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/HCAMtv/playlists. Scroll through the playlists and you will find Board of Selectmen, School Committee, Planning Board, Zoning Advisory Committee, and Appropriations Committee playlists.  Note not all boards and committees are recorded by HCAM.

Meeting Minutes

Minutes can be found on the town website at http://www.hopkintonma.gov/businesses/egovernment/minutes_and_documents.php. You can search by committee, date or document type, but please note that the keyword search does NOT work. Minutes are not posted until they are approved by the committee, which can take weeks for smaller committees.   However, you can always email the committee chair and the Town Clerk, Connor Degan, cdegan@hopkintonma.gov, to make a Public Records Request (PRR) for a draft copy of minutes before they are officially approved. The Board of Selectmen posts an “Actions Taken” document shortly after each meeting, but before the full minutes are ready. BOS Actions Taken can be found at https://groups.google.com/a/hopkintonma.gov/forum/#!forum/bosagendas.
