iv. To consider strategy with regard to a workers’ compensation litigation settlement.
v. To consider strategy with respect to the lease, sale or value of a potential surplus real property.

The Select Board will consider approving an extension of hours on New Year’s Eve, December 31, 2019 from 11 p.m to 1 a.m. for the Hopkinton Center for the Arts, Inc. Supporting Exhibits: Application and supporting documents; Permitting Team Comments

● The Select Board approved the Minutes of the 11/19/19 and 11/22/19 Select Board meetings. (4-0)
● The Select Board approved an extension of hours on 12/31/19, from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. for the Hopkinton Center for the Arts, Inc. (4-0)

6:50 PM PUBLIC HEARING – CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP INTEREST – STARTLINE BREWING COMPANY

3. The Select Board will hold a public hearing regarding an application from John P. Connell, esq., on behalf of Craftlife Brewing Company, LLC, dba Start Line Brewing Company, 151R Hayden Rowe, Hopkinton for a change of ownership interest. Applicant is adding 11 new members/investors and is not otherwise changing the operation of the Business. Hours of operation will remain at Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Supporting Exhibits: Application and supporting documents; Permitting Team Comments

The Select Board approved a change of ownership interest for Craftlife Brewing Company, LLC, d/b/a Start Line Brewing Company. (4-0)

7:00 PM 2020 BOSTON MARATHON INVITATIONAL RANDOM DISTRIBUTION

4. The Select Board will hold a public random distribution of Marathon Invitational Entries
to qualified applicants for the 2020 Boston Marathon. Supporting Exhibits: 2020 Boston Marathon Invitational Entry application process adopted by Board; Qualifying Applicants for 2019 Invitational Entries; Hopkinton Marathon Policy; 2019 Marathon Numbers Fundraising Results

1) Pole #1-15 – Near Intersection of Grove and Maple Street

2) Pole #10 – Near 10 Park Street

6. The Select Board will consider matters and articles regarding the Special Town Meeting
on Dec. 9, 2019, including reviewing motions and setting ballot questions.
