● Amend Article XIII, Garden Apartments in Residential Districts, Section 210-74.B.(11) and Article XIIIA, Village Housing in Residential Districts, Section 210-75.3.B.(11), to require the Town of Hopkinton be responsible for trash and recycling collection within the developments approved under these Articles.      – Legacy Farms North Road – Plantings are being done now, a manhole in the road is being fixed by Eversource, hoping for paving to be done in the 3rd week in May
– East Main Street Sidewalk – In progress, but the contractor has been sick and the project has been delayed.
● Legacy Farms Fiscal Analysis – Received an update, seems to be still in progress, developer had technical difficulties during meeting
     – Updated enrollment numbers received: HPS Students in Legacy Farms 4/1/20 – Report to Planning Board (PDF)
● Growth Study Committee Update – Not discussed
