3. The Select Board will consider the following consent agenda:

a. MINUTES – The Select Board will consider approving the Minutes of the meeting on December 7, 2021.

b. RESIGNATION – The Select Board will consider accepting the resignation of John Savignano from the Board of Appeals, effective 12/31/2021.

The Select Board approved the Consent Agenda. (5-0)

4. The Select Board will consider renewing annual licenses for the following businesses:

a. b. • The Select Board approved the renewal of Section 12 On-Premises All Alcoholic Beverages licenses and associated licenses, with the contingencies as noted, for Pan Thai, Hopkinton Country Club, 110 Grill, Cornell’s Irish Pub, Dynasty Restaurant, Woodville Rod & Gun Club Inc., Ko Restaurant, Bill’s Pizzeria Kitchen & Bar, Central Public House, Carbone’s Restaurant, Quattro/Bison Burger. (5-0)

● The Select Board approved the renewal of the Section 12 On-Premises Wine & Malt Beverages license, and associated licenses, with the contingencies noted, for The Spoon. (5-0)

● The Select Board approved the renewal of the Farmer Brewery Pouring Permit license, and associated licences, with the contingencies noted, for Start Line Brewing. (5-0)

● The Select Board approved the renewal of Section 15 Package Store All Alcoholic Beverage licenses, and associated licenses, with the contingencies noted, for Country Farm Liquor, Marty’s Fine Wines, Hopkinton Wine and Spirits. (5-0)

● The Select Board approved the renewal of Section 15 Package Store Wine & Malt licenses, and associated licenses, with the contingencies noted, for The Vin Bin and Mobil Mart Hopkinton. (5-0)

● The Select Board approved the renewal of Class I & Class II Licenses for the Main Street Service Center and Bulldog Fire Apparatus. (5-0)

● The Select Board approved the renewal of the Livery/Limo License for Able Limousine. (5-0)

6:45 PM NEW LICENSES – LONE WOLF BBQ – 24 MAIN STREET

5. The Select Board will consider issuing a Common Victualler license and an Entertainment license to Cheryl Kiefer for Lone Wolf BBQ, a new restaurant at 24 Main Street. 

• The Select Board approved a Common Victualler License and an Entertainment License for Lone Wolf BBQ. (5-0)

6:55 PM 2022 ANNUAL TOWN MEETING WARRANT

6. The Select Board will consider voting to open the May 2, 2022 annual town meeting warrant, and will discuss its own potential ATM articles, including any General Bylaw changes. The Annual Town Meeting warrant will close on February 1, 2022.

• The Select Board voted to open the warrant for the May 2, 2022 Annual Town Meeting on January 2, 2022. (5-0)

7:00 PM COVID-19 UPDATE

7. The Select Board will receive an update from Shaun McAuliffe, Health Services Director, on COVID-19 including the temporary reinstatement of a mask mandate at Town facilities.

8. Town Manager will report on the following:

a. FY23 Budget Update

b. Municipal Water Supply PFAS Update
