Town Election Update After the Caucuses – Five Contested Races

All Hopkinton precincts vote at the Middle School. Polls are open 7:00am-8:00pm on Monday, May 21. School will be in session, so please park in the back and use the back entrance to the Brown Gym. Appointed Seats:
Planning Board, 1 year, Appointed Seat
- At the 3-26-18 Planning Board meeting, it was announced that member Kelly Karp was resigning. Due to the timing so close to the annual election, this open seat was announced and someone will be appointed for a 1-year term at a joint meeting of the Board of Selectmen and Planning Board. Four applications were received by the April 13 deadline:
- The Board of Selectmen has scheduled a meeting for Wednesday, May 2 at 7:00 PM at the Senior Center, 28 Mayhew St to vote to fill one Planning Board Vacancy. (The Planning Board does not have a meeting scheduled for this same date and time.) Meeting Notice for 5-2-18
